• Communication between all hired vendors as your person of contact as well as sharing all information such as master timeline, the layout of ceremony and reception, and all load-in information

• Detailed floorplans for ceremony and reception as well as any personal decor

• Vendor management of all setups, cues and staying on schedule

This package is for couples who want to plan the majority of their wedding day, however, would love any assistance and/or guidance during the last 6 months of the planning process to ensure no missing details get forgotten!

 

Of course, this package includes everything on the day of coordinating and the following:

• Assistance and guidance with any selection of wedding decor and designing 

• Monthly phone calls to make sure tasks that are given of details missing or haven't been thought of have been discussed and completed. As well as making sure that you are where you're supposed to be in your planning process. 

• Assistance in hiring any potential missing vendors that fit your wedding style and/or budget.

This package is for couples who want assistance and guidance in planning their wedding day from start to finish!
